It’s being able to juggle your career desires, along with one of your main priorities – your family. It’s being able to manage life at home, while at work. It’s understanding that the steps you need to take to achieve your career goals are the same steps you need to manage your family calendar, activities, family vacations, time with your husband, and more. There is a link between career success and work-life balance and I want to share it with you.
